Job Title:  Assistant Professor, Marketing (Tenure-Track)

Work Location: Greeley, CO

Job Duties:  Teach undergraduate and graduate courses in Marketing. Teaching load is two to three courses/semester; courses taught may include Marketing; Consumer Behavior; and Technology in Marketing. Prepare and deliver lectures to students; initiate and moderate classroom discussions; prepare course materials; and evaluate and grade students’ assignments. Advise students on academic curricula, research, and career issues, and maintain regularly scheduled office hours. Participate in scholarly activities, including conducting research, publishing scholarly articles, and making scholarly presentations. Write grant proposals to procure external research funding and provide service to the university.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

Primary Education: Ph.D. or Doctorate degree in Business with a concentration/ major in Marketing or Business Administration with a concentration/ major in Marketing.

Other Special Skills or Requirements: Position also requires demonstrated potential for excellence in teaching courses in marketing. Experience teaching at least one undergraduate-level course in marketing. Demonstrated potential for excellence in conducting research and scholarly productivity. Education or experience using: STATA, SPSS, Virtual Reality (VR) simulations, Eye tracking, and Galvanic Skin Response (GSR).

Offered salary range $90,000.00 to $120,000 per year. Employer offers benefits including health, dental, vision, life, and long-term disability insurance, as well as a selection of several defined contribution retirement plans. Dependents and spouses of UNC Employees who are employed at 0.5 FTE or above are eligible for undergraduate dependent tuition grants of up to 50%. These tuition grants will cover in-state tuition charges.
