Requirements include Master’s degree in Urban Design, Urban Planning, Urban Engineering or other related field; 1 year of experience as urban designer; and working knowledge (1 year experience) of: CAD skills; both urban planning and design; free-hand drawing in live time/ real time; crafting design guidelines for architecture and building footprints; and developing multi-site, district-scale land use programs with calculated use and parking pro-formas.
