In the context of large scale urban commercial construction projects, under the supervision of the Operations Manager, responsible for identifying, documenting, analyzing, and refining existing business processes, functional and nonfunctional requirements, and business opportunities within the commercial construction family of companies. Requirements include: bachelor’s degree in Business or in any other liberal arts field; and 2 years’ experience as a Business Analyst; and in the context of large scale urban commercial construction projects, working knowledge (2 years’ experience) of: developing and implementing business processes; Continuous improvement programs utilizing value stream mapping, value stream design, and lean construction principles as applied to manufacturing and construction; designing requirements and prototypes for integrated software solutions to enhance business processes; training staff in implementation and use of the Last Planner System; and analyzing and implementing efficiencies of on-site productivities in the construction industry.
