Project Manager sought by PCL Construction Services, Inc. to work in Denver, Colorado and other unanticipated worksites nationwide.

Job duties: Under the supervision of a Construction Manager, oversee operations of construction projects. Interact with owners, architects, consultants, subcontractors, and the public. Act as liaison with authorities and regulatory agencies, ensuring compliance with state and municipal regulations regarding construction codes and specifications. Develop procedures for and ensure compliance to reporting, the quality plan and document controls. Develop and monitor project schedule and budget. Establish construction plans and engineering methods related to commercial construction. Negotiate arrangements with subcontractors and coordinate major purchase orders and materials. Enforce contractual responsibilities. Oversee change orders, productivity planning and monitoring. Provide performance status reports. Supervise, mentor, coach, and train project personnel and manage subcontractors. Ensure project profitability. Engage in all facets of project close-out. Apply knowledge of government regulations for construction codes and specifications in carrying out duties.  Use PDC, PM 3 & 4, Primavera P6, PDC, SMC, and Textura to perform day-to-day job duties.

Requirements include: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Construction Engineering, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or other closely related degree; and 2 years of experience as Project Manager, or in construction engineering or construction management; and working knowledge of PDC, PM 3 & 4, Primavera P6, PDC, SMC, and Textura. Drug screen required.

The salary range for this position is between $91,000.00 – $126,000.00 per annum.
