Building Systems Manager

Building Systems Manager sought by PCL Construction Services, Inc. to work in Denver, CO. Manage all processes and procedures related to industrial building systems (electrical, mechanical) on commercial construction projects including managing trade contractors, consultants, owner requirements and local authority requirements (building, fire, plumbing electrical, and mechanical). Requirements include: BS in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering; and 3 years of experience as Field Engineer, Project Engineer, Completions and/or Turnover Coordinator in Industrial Construction; and functional expertise (2 years’ experience) of: electrical and mechanical system specifications and failures; system walk downs; Autodesk Bim 360; Sharepoint-based document collaboration software; Project Management software (Best PM3, Oracle Aconex or Oracle Primavera). On-call required for emergencies. Drug screen required.
