Lead BI Developer – Everside Health, LLC

Lead BI Developer sought by Everside Health, LLC, to work in Denver, Colorado and various unanticipated locations nationwide (may work remotely from anywhere in US). 

Job duties: Continually evaluate and assess need for new Business Intelligence solutions to improve scalability of existing reporting platform; configure and maintain Tableau Server Software layer. Change management, including: server maintenance, software, hardware upgrades, and patches; monitor server activity and usage statistics, identify possible performance issues or enhancements. Enhance and design dashboards to improve the end-user experience and product performance; coordinate with BI Team for migration of objects (dimensions, measures, hierarchies, reports, workbooks, dashboards, etc.) supporting QA/Production Deployment. Act as primary liaison between Everside Health and Tableau Account Management.  Responsible for system administration, including: site creation, credentialing, and licensing. Conduct data requirement elicitation, validation, reporting design, and quality assurance. Utilize Tableau dashboards, Snowflake, Matillion, Linux, PL/SQL, Git, Salesforce.com, Kimball Methodologies, and other tools and technologies in performing duties.

Requirements: *Master’s degree in Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or closely related field; and 3 years of experience as Tableau Developer or Lead BI Developer. *In lieu of Master’s + 3 years of experience, employer will accept BS in Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or closely related field + 5 years’ progressive experience as Tableau Developer or Lead BI Developer.

Position also requires functional expertise (2 years’ experience) in Data warehousing, Data modeling (Snowflake Development and Administration), and Analytics/Visualization (Tableau Development/Administration & MicroStrategy Analysis).

Drug screen and background check required. On-call for emergencies is required.

May work remotely from anywhere in the U.S.

Salary range $140,000 to $150,000 per year. Employer offers benefits including medical, dental, vision and 401k savings plan. Company paid holidays. Company provided PTO. Company provided laptop and work equipment.
