Job Title: Technical Marketing Analyst
Work Location: Seattle, WA, and various other unanticipated locations throughout the U.S.
Job Duties: Develop and execute technical and data-driven marketing solutions for company clients, from research to strategy to execution. Support components of client engagements, solving difficult data and marketing challenges for various client stakeholders. Analyze internal marketing processes for inefficiencies, conduct market research to identify opportunities to create new product offers or reposition existing products, and analyze campaign performance data to improve existing campaigns and inform the design, launch, and optimization of new campaigns. Serve as a technical lead for teammates. Build and maintain SQL/Python/R queries to create connected data sets and predictive analytics models. Perform data analysis, prepare client data requests, and prepare cleaned data sets for analysis. Build and maintain dashboards in Tableau and Power BI. Request data, analyze data, communicate findings, and implement solutions. Build, maintain and execute work plans to deliver engagement objectives. Measure the effectiveness of marketing, advertising, and communications programs and strategies. Perform research and analysis to surface insights and relevant facts and translate complex findings into written text. Create data governance content to create a better reporting environment for clients. Devise and evaluate methods and procedures for collecting data, such as surveys, opinion polls, or questionnaires, or arrange to obtain existing data. Support business development and internal processes between engagements.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
Primary Education and Experience Requirements: MS in Statistics, Marketing Science, Information Systems / Information Technology, or a related field, and 2 years of experience as a Technical Marketing Analyst or any marketing or IT-related job title.
Other Special Skills or Requirements: Position also requires education or experience in SQL; R; Tableau dashboarding; analytics and reporting using Excel; Predictive Analytics and Machine Learning; and statistical analysis.

Offered salary range $85,000 to $115,000 per year. Employer offers benefits including medical, dental, vision, and 401k savings plan; company-paid holidays and company-provided PTO.
